Rules and Guidelines
-All Citizens and Approved Users may henceforth participate in the Region-Operated Roleplays, whatever their subject and regardless of personal squabbles between members.
-These squabbles and fights are common and not unexpected, however they also often evolve into a degenerative obstacle when it comes to shared world building. As such, they will not be tolerated when it comes to a matter of maintaining the RP and Staff reserves every right to remove users who continue to be problematic.
-If a user is repeatedly warned over keeping their real life issues out of the Roleplay, they may be removed without appeal.
-No nation shall have more than five aircraft carriers at base upon entering the RP. This restriction can and often will be loosened for long-time RPers who prove themselves to be adept at it.
-No nation shall use WMDs in the course of the RP, though their existence can be acknowledged and defended against. For cases of war, special dispensations can be given by the Game Master(s) provided both sides agree to the situation. These allowances are valid only for radiological and chemical weaponry as a biological weapon would have the capacity to spread beyond the given nation undergoing the attack.
-Land not currently taken by another nation may be moved through, but cannot be taken -whether by War or special circumstance- barring an exemption from the Game Masters and the Cartographer.
-Although it will not be required, a written factbook on the military of the player will go a long way towards determining who "wins" a battle if two or more players cannot solve the dispute amongst themselves.
-In cases of war, the Game Masters reserve the right to stop [the war] or unilaterally decide the victor if one of the players refuses to comply with the rules despite being made aware of their violation.
-Occasionally, if the Game Masters deem it necessary there will be the means for them to create a pseudo-nation with which to create RP events. This pseudo-nation will not interfere with their running of their primary nation and will be treated as yet another player. While using this pseudo-nation, all Game Master authority is ceded to the other Game Master. Conflict between this nation and another will be reviewed by the other Game Master or an outside Moderator.
